How soon will I receive my photos?

Turnaround time depends on the size of the project, but you should expect to receive your images within 2-3 weeks of your session. For larger events such as weddings, the expected turnaround time will be up to 90 days after your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy: A 25% deposit is required to book your session. This deposit is non-refundable. Therefore, if you cancel your session, you will forfeit your deposit. Of course, I know life happens so in the event that you do have to cancel your session, you’re welcome to book with me at a later date.

What if there is inclement weather for our scheduled session?

Inclement Weather Policy: Florida weather can be unpredictable, especially during the summer months. During the summer, I only schedule sessions in the early morning or evening before sunset to avoid harsh weather. In the event of inclement weather, including tropical storms or hurricanes, all sessions will be canceled for the safety of the client, myself, and my equipment. We will reschedule the session for a later date.

Do you provide the original unedited RAW images?

The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color — all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. I do not release RAW files.

Will we have the chance to see a sneak peak of our images before they are finished?

Unfortunately I no longer provide sneak peeks. The reason for this is that the editing process is quite complex and takes time. Often, photographers will edit an image and then revisit it a few days later to spot things they want to change. Therefore, sending over unfinished edits would be a discredit to my brand. I want to ensure I am fully satisfied with my work before sending it over to you.

How can I pay you?

I accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and, Chime, Apple Cash, and Cash.

How do I book you?

Easy peasy. Just hit the “Online Booking” link at the top of my page. From there you will select what type of session you’re interested in and pay the deposit to book your session. Upon booking you will be required to fill out an intake form and contract. Once you’re all booked, it goes into my system and I will reach out to you via email to confirm.

How will I receive my images?

You will receive your images via your own private client gallery where you can view, share, and download your images. You will also have the option to order prints.

What if I lose my files?

Your gallery link will be live for 14 days after the link is sent. During this time, it's up to you to download and back up your images. I highly recommend backing up your images to several locations, including an external hard drive. While I have your images backed up onto my hard drive, I am not liable for lost or damaged files.

What if I feel like my children won’t be able to handle a full hour session?

I have three children so I totally understand that a full hour session may be hard on your little ones, that’s why I aim to make their experience a fun and stress-free one, offering breaks when needed. I recommend bringing along snacks, water, and maybe a little candy as a small reward. More times than not, I find that children handle these sessions really well.

Do you offer mini sessions?

I offer mini sessions seasonly.
